We use a greensand molding process to manufacture our castings. This is the most inexpensive form of casting, keeping costs down, yielding a more cost-effective solution for our customers.

We have 3 different methods we use to mold castings:
- Cope & Drag
- Rotolift
- 2 squeezer lines
Our castings are from 1oz. to 200lbs. (Processes available for all of our alloys)

Core Making |
|
We make all of our sand cores in house, though we are happy to pair with any one of your suppliers
- 2 Shell Core Machines
- Bench Cores (oil sand)

Melting |
|
We are more than capable of melting your casting needs with :
- 5 gas fired furnaces (400 pound total melt capacity)
- Used mainly for aluminum work
- Lift swing electrical furnace (240lb capacity, 20 minute melt time, for copper base alloys)

Finishing |
|
We are committed to a high quality final casting. We make an extra effort to
- Cutoff, grind and blast in our cleaning department.
- Castings are thoroughly inspected per our customers specifications.
- We can complete certain heat treating proecesses and assist with general machining.
